My husband and I visited in 2006. We still talk about the wonderful time spent at Squire House. Attention to detail with the visitor's comfort in mind. Lovely folks and setting!
Been twice to this extremely elegantly appointed, tchotchke-free, quiet inn. The breakfasts are wonderful, the hosts are warm but never intrusive, and Dorset is beautiful. I'm allergic to B&B's in general but Squire House is different.
Superb accommodation. Elegant, classic, immaculate, well appointed and comfortable. Silk sheets, superior mattress and pillow quality. Rooms are impeccably clean. Fabulous breakfast that will keep you full to dinnertime. Hosts Gay and Roger warm and welcoming, great conversationalists. Town of Dorset is charming with ample shopping and restaurants. We stayed in the winter last year. Our intent was to ski nearby but were so enchanted and relaxed we chose to simply rest!
